Katie Lawrence, a 200hr RYT yoga practitioner of 10 years, is certified in Antigravity aerial yoga. She has relished in and learned from the benefits of slowing down, listening to your body, and being gentle on yourself – 3 core values she holds dear to every single class. Whether it be yin or hatha, power or restorative, flips & tricks or meditation, Katie’s class is sure to leave students refreshed, rejuvenated, and eager to get back on the mat!
With a background in musical theater and stage production, Katie strives to curate a unique, multi-sensory experience in each and every class design. Her yoga journey began at a young age with a curiosity for her own potential and limitations, and since then has found a love for pushing her own boundaries. A mental health advocate, Katie aims to blend traditional yoga ideologies with modern Western principles in order to provide an accessible and inviting practice for all.
