Hong first found Yoga practicing in the Gym, after that she realized a Yoga Studio was a much better place than a gym and discovered her own Yoga journey.
She has committed to practicing daily to improve not only physical posture but mental and emotional awareness. She found the right path in her life through the connection of Body/Mind/Breath.
After consistent self-practice and attending public and private classes at several Yoga Studios, she became a Yoga instructor and has been teaching since 2017.
Since then, Hong has continued to learn and teach different styles of Yoga such as Vinyasa Gentle, Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Resistance Stretch, Meditation, Yin, Flow & Restorative and Fusion.
She went through, completed and received her Vinyasa Practice’s 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training. Hong also graduated from Trauma- informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy for Anxiety
