Noelle Demo

Yoga and Aerial Instructor

Noelle Demo was born and raised near Denver, Colorado. At a young age, she started dance lessons and was a competitive gymnast for 15 years. She lettered in varsity gymnastics and diving all four years of high school. At the age of 20, Noelle was in a terrible roll-over car accident. Left with multiple serious injuries to her neck and back, her career as a gymnast was cut short. For years, she tried to ease the pain through physical therapy, chiropractic care, and medication. After living with no relief for so long, a friend introduced her to the healing power of Kundalini Yoga. Reminding her of her gymnast roots, yoga gave her body the strength and flexibility her body had been craving, all while easing her pain.
From there, Noelle’s love for the healing arts and all things yoga began. Noelle later used yoga as a tool to energize and motivate her mother after her chemotherapy treatments. Seeing the amazing difference it made in her mother’s life, Noelle knew she wanted to bring this healing to others. Noelle found and fell in love with Aerial Yoga soon after moving to Florida, which inspired her to go on to get her 200-hour YTT at Wendy Fit Academy, as well as her Aerial teacher certification. She is also a certified Theta Healer.

Kylee Nolan

Kylee has always had a passion for health and wellness. She loves taking care of her body through nutrition and mindful movements. A few years ago when she lived in Massachusetts, she was introduced to yoga by a friend. She started practicing regularly and loved the challenge yoga brought to her. She began experiencing the benefits of yoga by learning to listen to her mind, body, and spirit.

Kylee decided she wanted to help others deepen and learn from this practice, that’s when she received her 200 hour yoga teacher training from Health Yoga Life in Boston, Massachusetts back in 2018. “One out of many reasons I love yoga is because there are so many different styles, you can choose whatever style suits you. Unless you can’t choose because you love them all!” Since then she has continued to learn and teach different styles of yoga. Such as power yoga, restorative, and aerial. Her favorite thing about teaching is that she gets to guide and hold a safe place for others to discover their own yoga journey.

Valentina Leone

Yoga Instructor

YOGA started as a passionate hobby and has became Valentina’s Dharma since her completion of 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. She successfully completed Level One Journey into Power Training in June 2019 at the Baptiste Institute.

Yoga is a growing and learning experience, where the body finds new paths and opens up to a new perspective of Life.

Valentina’s teaching skills range from Power Yoga to Yin Restorative Yoga, where strength and ease are differently balanced and reached.

Valentina’s motto is “Only in the darkness, can you see the stars.”

Amy Silverman

Yoga Instructor

Amy Silverman is a 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher in the Lila Yoga Tradition and Reiki Master in the Usui Holy Fire Tradition.

I started diving deep into my yoga journey in 2014. It began as a release and a way to cope with depression. I noticed that every time I practiced I ended up in a space where I was able to reflect and to feel everything I was trying to hide. After practicing for a year I knew that I had to bring this to other people. To help them heal themselves. I believe that each of us has the power to heal ourselves. We just need to quiet the mind so we can listen to what we need. So I started my training!

I have been teaching for 5 years now in studios in Pennsylvania and for the past 3 years in Florida. I believe that everyone has something to learn from the practice of yoga, I believe that yoga is for everybody and every-body. I have a passion for bringing yoga and breathwork to those who would normally not have access to it, some of my favorite places have been with Hearts for the Homeless in State College, PA and with Cops’n’kids in Tarpon Springs, FL.
