Noelle Demo

Yoga and Aerial Instructor

Noelle Demo was born and raised near Denver, Colorado. At a young age, she started dance lessons and was a competitive gymnast for 15 years. She lettered in varsity gymnastics and diving all four years of high school. At the age of 20, Noelle was in a terrible roll-over car accident. Left with multiple serious injuries to her neck and back, her career as a gymnast was cut short. For years, she tried to ease the pain through physical therapy, chiropractic care, and medication. After living with no relief for so long, a friend introduced her to the healing power of Kundalini Yoga. Reminding her of her gymnast roots, yoga gave her body the strength and flexibility her body had been craving, all while easing her pain.
From there, Noelle’s love for the healing arts and all things yoga began. Noelle later used yoga as a tool to energize and motivate her mother after her chemotherapy treatments. Seeing the amazing difference it made in her mother’s life, Noelle knew she wanted to bring this healing to others. Noelle found and fell in love with Aerial Yoga soon after moving to Florida, which inspired her to go on to get her 200-hour YTT at Wendy Fit Academy, as well as her Aerial teacher certification. She is also a certified Theta Healer.

Victoria Roman

Yoga Instructor

Growing up in California and spending her summers in Florida, Victoria found a deep love and understanding for nature and the constant changes of life itself.

Practicing yoga for over 5 years and striving to live by a yogic path, Victoria found herself through this ancient practice of healing and meditation, and ever since has watched her mindset and wellbeing transform as she gained a new perspective on how she chooses to interpret and live her life. She has always had a passion to share it with others, and after moving to FL in 2018 she was determined to take that next step and received her 200 hour certification from Wendy Fit in early 2022. Victoria believes that yoga is much more than just a physical exercise, and her goal is to spread awareness of the origins of yoga as well as the many other physical, mental, and spiritual aspects that yoga has to offer. Since beginning her teaching journey, Victoria has found that the styles she loves to teach the most range from Vinyasa and Hatha yoga to slow restorative and gentle yoga, as she feels “sometimes, less is more”, and often we find there is more space for healing when the body and mind learn to slow down and dive deeper into the connection we all share.

We never stop learning in life, and Victoria is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge of yoga and deepening her practices and abilities to teach it to others so that they might benefit in their own way and discover the light on their own path.

Jennifer Guest

Jennifer was born in Tarpon Springs and, after relocating to Texas for twelve years, moved back to Florida in 2016 to enjoy the beaches and springs and to be close to her family.

Jennifer began working as a fitness instructor in 2007, teaching a variety of cardio and strength-based exercise formats. In 2010, she was introduced to Pilates and immediately recognized it as a radically different form of exercise from anything she had tried previously. She achieved many physical benefits from her Pilates practice very quickly, including increased strength, flexibility, body-awareness and control, and a leaner physique.

“My favorite thing about the Pilates method, besides the physical and mental discipline it instills, is that it is something I can practice for the rest of my life. No matter a person’s age or physical abilities—Pilates is for every body!”

In 2011, Jennifer earned her first Pilates certification and has since earned a comprehensive certification in Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels through STOTT Pilates.

Jennifer loves to share the benefits of Pilates with others. Her goal as an instructor is to constantly learn, grow, and evolve so that her clients may do the same.

Lucy Gong

Growing up in Shanghai exposed me to a deeply spiritual part of my culture at an early age.
I believe my practice helps me stay grounded in those roots and spirituality.

In 2016 after moving to my new home in the United States I started my regular practice at Flow Hot Yoga in Vancouver WA. After a while Yoga Instructing became my primary focus. In June, 2018, I was honored to receive my first 200 RYT. This was a life changing event I will cherish forever.

I believe through my training and experience I have gained more insight into yoga and proper alignment through the 26 Bikram’s Hatha postures.

I am extremely excited and encouraged by the therapeutic benefits of yoga. The benefits of yoga on the knee’s, back, joint, and shoulder pain are measurable. I personally suffered from excruciating shoulder pain that lasted for years until I began regular Yoga practice. Now I am pain free and loving it.

It gives me great joy to be in front of my students watching them strive and grow. I appreciate the diversity of students all with very different capabilities and needs. This ensures a rewarding and stimulating class environment.
In Jan 2019, I received my second 200 RYT in Hot Vinyasa.

Also in 2019, I went back to Shanghai and stayed 2 months to practice more yoga which made me realize the yoga postures they teach in Asia are very different compared to the US. I am happy to bring my knowledge back to the United States and help my students to explore different yoga postures to increase range of motion in different joints.
