One-on-One Personal Training

Deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance from a teacher to develop a practice tailored to your individual needs. Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Personal training in the form of private yoga & Pilates lessons is the best way to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. You can work with the teacher of your choice or we can match a teacher to meet your expressed needs.

Personal Fitness Training Sessions include a program designed specifically for your individual needs in order to achieve your personal health goals. You will receive a fitness assessment that includes:

  • Health & Nutritional Guidance
  • Body Fat Analysis
  • Weight Management Goals
Personalized Programs

Our certified personal trainers can design a training program specifically for YOU based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.). We utilize the extensive profile you provide to develop your customized program so that you are always doing exercises that are just right for YOU. We design programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with Pilates Equipment along with a variety of other functional exercise equipment or even no equipment at all.

Unlike other fitness programs that take your money and then forget about you, The Wendy Fit Personal Trainers will be there with you through every step. You’ll receive weekly encouragement and tips from your certified personal trainer.

​More Variety, Less Boredom and Burnout

Researchers have found that an exercise program is more successful if it includes variety and continually challenges the body to work hard. Wendy Fit Personal Training programs utilize this concept. Our personalized workouts include loads of variety and frequent changes to keep your mind from burning out and your body from adapting and hitting a plateau, which can cause you to stop losing weight and/or gaining muscle.

Group Personal Training

Small Groups

Group trainings consist of four to six students. This is similar to one on one personal training, but at a fraction of the cost. Students are required to have at least 3 personal training sessions in order to learn the equipment and learn how to modify and progress based on your level of fitness. There are level 1 and level 2 classes available to join once you have taken the intro sessions. Training with a group promotes consistency in your practice. A camaraderie forms between the students that inspires each other to push harder. This is a fun and affordable solution to personal training. ​

You and your friends can begin your own group!

If you have four friends, co-workers or family members. that would like to personal train together, you can begin your own mini group. Your preferred days and times can fit into your schedule better.

Here’s How Mini Groups Work:
  • Purchase a group session package of 5, 10, 20 or 30 sessions
  • Refer to the current schedule for Group personal training days and availabilities and sign up for an open spot.
  • You can also drop in for a single session for $40.
