We’ve had dozens of requests for TRX Suspension Training with the BOSU

Wendy has to put together some TRX BOSU exercises to add variety to your routine and really challenge your core stability and balance.
There are several ways to incorporate the BOSU with the TRX to add challenge to traditional exercises like the push-ups and squats that become not only more effective for the body but also fun.
If you feel like your workout program is either in a rut or nonexistent, this workshop is for you.
The course is for All Levels. Sign up early because there are limited space.

Backbends and Hip Openers Workshop with Wendy

Back bends open the heart they release tight hunched shoulders and expand our chest. Tight hips affect everything from your ability to get into a backbend to simply being able to pick up something off the floor. When hips are tight, they increase the load and cause overuse of the spine.
