Get ready for this amazing workout! Every Sunday 2:00-3:00 pm

There is limited space because of the number of suspension straps, pre-sign up is necessary. HURRY! You won’t want to miss this wonderful opportunity.
This training will include: TRX Basics, Strength Training, How to use the TRX to rehab after injuries.
In these sessions you will learn the basics of body suspension training, using your body weight (standing, prone, and supine) against gravity as your resistance to elevate your workouts. Make your body your machine!
