Prior to that, she worked as a Shore Operations Manager for Holland America Line for 17 years, and in the corporate office in Seattle for 7 years – a total of 24 years. When the mind, body & spirit work in harmony, the result is looking and feeling great! As we age, it becomes even more important to not only “move” (get fit), but also “fuel” (eat right) to embrace life to the fullest.
