The Pilates training will give you the foundation of the Pilates basic Movement Principles on the Mat & Reformer. Each subsequent program builds upon the information learned during this course. During the training you will learn the beginner level exercises and be introduced to the teaching tools, philosophy, and teaching formula. This course is perfect for anyone wanting to become Pilates Certified.
