Did you know that many of your favorite Pilates moves can be adapted to glider discs? Glider discs are simple, transportable

and economical tools that create fun, low-impact and full-body workouts. Jennifer will teach you a great 10-minute energizing routine to start your morning, a ten-minute routine to relax you before bed, and dozens of strengthening and conditioning exercises for any time of the day.

Back bends open the heart they release tight hunched shoulders and expand our chest. Tight hips affect everything from your ability to get into a backbend to simply being able to pick up something off the floor. When hips are tight, they increase the load and cause overuse of the spine.
