Put on your cutest Christmas jammies and join us for a fun yoga and sound meditation class and hot chocolate bar!

Hosted by our instructors Victoria and Tamara. Victoria will guide through some gentle yoga stretches while listening to a specially designed playlist of Christmas music perfect for your yoga mood! Then let Tamara bring you comfort and joy as you bliss out in meditation with her alchemy singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes and drum!

Last but not least, we will enjoy some hot chocolate and cookies! Bring a friend and celebrate with us!
