Attention Yoga Instructors; Have you ever taken an aerial yoga class and fell in love with the feeling of floating in your poses? Expand your knowledge and come to this Aerial Certification being held Friday June 2 through Sunday June 4, 2023! The training will expand your knowledge and talent as a yoga instructor. Aerial instructors get paid more plus there will be a demand for you because it is becoming more and more popular with all ages, levels and even injured students that don’t want a basic yoga class anymore because of various injuries they have.
The Aerial Teacher Training will cover how to properly tie and handle the silks. You will experience how to teach a low silk restorative class and how high or low to hang it. We will cover safety tips and of course from the very basic aerial class to the more advanced flips and tricks
What to Wear
It is important to wear clothing that covers the backs of your knees and under your arms. You will want a shirt that can be tucked in to give your back protection. Long stretch pants or footless tights and a tight-fitting top are suggested. Tighter fitting clothing that gives you full range of motion is best. Shorts are not recommended, and loose clothing may get in the way. No jewelry or sharp clips just basic hair ties. Please pre-register, space is limited
