Come meet Bre and have fun with aerial! This workshop will be a mix of low and high swing aerial, introducing you to Bre and her teaching style. This workshop will focus on the basics of aerial, muscle stretching and strength. In this amazing workshop you will focus on proper body positions on the floor and supported by the silks, muscle usage, basic positions, and basic balances.
What to Wear
It is important to wear clothing that covers the backs of your knees and under your arms. You will want a shirt that can be tucked in to give your back protection. Long stretch pants or footless tights and a tight-fitting top are suggested. Tighter fitting clothing that gives you full range of motion is best. Shorts are not recommended, and loose clothing may get in the way. No jewelry or sharp clips just basic hair ties. Please pre-register, space is limited
