Cardio Dance Party every Thursday at 5:30 in Feb

Cardio Dance Flow is a high-energy movement class that blends yoga, cardio, and dance into one joyful experience. Join Gina for a feel-good workout designed to boost your mood, build strength, and increase endurance. This class invites you to move freely, sweat confidently, and reconnect with your body through rhythm and breath.

Each class begins with a grounding yoga warm-up. This phase increases mobility, activates muscles, and prepares your body for movement. Gina guides you through intentional stretches that support balance, flexibility, and joint health.

The class then flows into a heart-pumping cardio dance sequence set to uplifting, feel-good music. Simple dance patterns keep movement accessible and fun. You do not need dance experience to participate. Gina teaches each flow clearly and encourages you to move at your own pace.

This cardio dance flow elevates your heart rate while improving coordination and body awareness. You will build cardiovascular endurance without feeling overwhelmed or overworked. Expect to sweat, smile, and feel energized.

The class includes focused core work to strengthen stability and support functional movement. These exercises improve posture, balance, and overall strength. Movements remain approachable and adaptable for all fitness levels.

The experience ends with a soulful yoga cool-down. Gentle stretches release tension and support recovery. Guided breathing helps calm the nervous system and restore balance.

Cardio Dance Flow suits anyone seeking a fun cardio workout with yoga benefits. This class supports stress relief, fitness, and joyful movement. Come ready to move, sweat, and have fun.

INSTRUCTOR:

Gina Ramirez

I have been in love with yoga from a very early age and dove deeper into my practice once I got into high school. I am a retired athlete, collegiate cheerleader and I studied Biological Health Sciences at the University of South Florida. I have a background in mental health and nutrition from working at the Veteran’s Hospital in Tampa. It was around my time working in healthcare that I realized how much I loved holistic health and the importance of natural healing. I now have my 200 hour vinyasa yoga certification along with my 85 hour prenatal yoga certification! I also work in assisted stretching and injury prevention, and love helping my clients find better ways to fall in love with exercise,  breath work and meditation. I can’t wait to share my passion for nutrition and fitness with my students!
