A blend of traditional yoga and aerial art – your yoga class in mid-air. Aerial practice focuses on strength, core, and flexibility. Private sessions available.
The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.
Our philosophy is grounded in the classic method of Joseph Pilates and is a systematic training approach that’s proven to produce excellent results.
Personal Training sessions are designed specifically for your individual needs in order to achieve your personal health goals.
